How big are your teams, and who writes my code?
Each project has a named senior engineer and a product manager for specs and updates. We are 21 senior engineers and 2 PMs. No juniors billed to your project. The same engineer stays on your channel from kickoff through maintenance.
What's your pricing model?
Fixed-scope sprints with a written price up front. Scope changes go through a change order before work starts. No surprise invoices.
Where are you based, and what time zones do you cover?
We are remote-first across Europe. You get about 4 hours of same-day overlap with US East and West. Written updates land by 9am your time.
Do I own the code and infrastructure?
Yes, from day one. Repo, CI, infra configs, and documentation. If we use custom models or prompts for your project, those are included in the handoff.
What happens if my engineer leaves?
We assign another senior within the week. Handoff uses the docs and decision records we maintain during the project.
How do you handle scope changes mid-sprint?
Through a written change order with updated cost and dates. We do not expand scope silently.
Is your tooling safe for HIPAA, SOC 2, or private code?
We use private, licensed endpoints with retention turned off. Your code is not used to train public models. BAAs are available for healthcare work.
How fast can we start?
Kickoff is usually 5-7 business days after you sign. A scoped proposal arrives within 3 business days of the discovery call.
What's the smallest engagement you'll take?
Most work starts as a 4-8 week sprint. We will say on the call if your project is too small or a poor fit.
Why are you less expensive than US agencies?
Senior engineers in Europe, small overhead, no sales team. Same review standards, different cost base than most US shops.
